Good product just wish I could buy a new lid.

The lid cracked the month. I got it and I can’t find a replacement part and I don’t want to spend another $200-$300 for a ice machine. Works great outside of that though.

Ice Make Machine & Ice Shaver

The Sycees ice maker is essential in my house. My family and our guests all love it and I recommend it to all of my loved ones. I bought this machine over a year ago and it has been extremely reliable and I have never had an issue with it before. I had a guest come over to my house who did not know how to properly use the machine & this resulted in one of the hinges breaking. I contacted Sycees customer service and they were extremely quick and helpful in getting this resolved without confusing instructions or anything like that. I am a very satisfied customer!

Stop working after 17 Months?

I use to love this machine, but this is the 2nd machine I've to stop work in less the 2 years? Wow? Are these units made to break? After this, I will go back to ice trays and chop ice with my Ninja food processor! Ya'll won't continue to Nickle and Dime me!
