The Sycees ice maker is essential in my house. My family and our guests all love it and I recommend it to all of my loved ones. I bought this machine over a year ago and it has been extremely reliable and I have never had an issue with it before. I had a guest come over to my house who did not know how to properly use the machine & this resulted in one of the hinges breaking. I contacted Sycees customer service and they were extremely quick and helpful in getting this resolved without confusing instructions or anything like that. I am a very satisfied customer!

VERY happy. Makes ice quickly. Only complaint which I should have realized, nothing against the product. But we live in FL so the sun beats in on it. So we will build something to just shield it from direct sunlight.

I have to say when I got this ice machine I laughed it is so compact. I hooked it up quickly and it started making ice right away, and has been doing great ever since. I should say this is in a restaurant. It produces plenty of ice for my restaurant. I'm a breakfast/lunch that is fairly busy. I do wish it had more storage capacity for the ice, but I pul and fill the ice bins in the store in morning and then it quickly fills up and I never run out. great little machine. It drops ice about every 10-15 minutes.

I bought this for my husband as a gift. We go fishing and boating a lot, so we are constantly using ice. As we did not have a free water line to hook it up, we bought an adapter (maybe $5 at Lowe’s) and hooked it up to our water hose. We live in Florida and have it on our back lanai. It works well and produces a good amount of ice. We keep the ice set on the thickest setting and it will fill up the bin overnight. The bin keeps the ice from melting pretty well. It’s not meant to keep it frozen. I would compare the bins ability to keep ice cold to a styrofoam cooler. I would not recommend for a busy restaurant, as you do have to give the machine time to make ice, but for filling a cooler or two, it’s great. You just have to make sure to bag up the ice to put in a freezer. We have had this a month now and I am really glad we bought it.

We used it with a water bottle for Thanksgiving and had no issues. The bottle filled it up and worked great.

This machine works great. The ice is fast and clean from the start. It has been a great addition to our home kitchen. The noise is not too much but can add to a noisy kitchen. We also had a great experience with support. They stand behind this product.

I am currently keeping this in my garage next to my deep freezer. I bring this inside my kitchen during house parties, and the ice fills up so fast that my guests never run it out! It takes approximately 8 minutes for the first ice cubes to drop which is really quick in my option.
